Terms of Service

These Terms of Use shall establish the terms and conditions of use of services provided by JAPAN NAIL BEAUTY (hereinafter “the Site”).
Users shall agree to the Terms of Use before accessing the services.
The official language of the Terms of Use is Japanese. The Japanese version shall prevail over any translation thereof. This shall also apply to the Privacy Policy and the Cancelation Policy.

1. To use the Site, individuals shall complete the user registration process.
2. If individuals provide false, incorrect, or another individual's information for registration, their registration shall be deemed invalid.
3. Users shall be responsible for managing their registration information and prohibited from disclosing their passwords to a third party.
4. Minors may register only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

1. An appointment with a nail salon made via the Site shall be officially confirmed upon the approval of the corresponding salon.
2. Users making an appointment shall be responsible for entering their appointment information accurately and checking it before submission.
3. Any cancelation or change of an appointment shall be made in accordance with the corresponding salon's rules and regulations.
4. Neither the salon nor the Site shall be responsible for any transportation expenses or other expenses incurred by the user.

1. Use of the Site is free of charge.
2. Fees for services at a salon shall be as confirmed by the user upon making the appointment and shall not be paid through the Site.
3. Payments for services shall be made at the corresponding salon via the following methods:
   • Credit card
   • Cash
   • Electronic payment (PayPay, etc.)
4. The Site shall not be responsible for any reimbursements or payment-related issues.

Users shall not engage in any of the following:

1. Registering or providing false information
2. Gaining unauthorized access, engaging in harassment, or interfering with other users or salon operations
3. Acting in a way that violates laws, regulations, public order, or morality

1. Users represent and warrant that they are not, and will not in the future become, members of organized crime groups, companies affiliated with such groups, corporate racketeers, groups engaging in political or social extortion, special intelligence crime groups, or any other similar entities (hereinafter “Antisocial Forces”).
2. Users shall not, either by themselves or through third parties, engage in any of the following:
   • Acts of violence, threats, or unreasonable demands exceeding legal responsibility
   • Acts that interfere with operations of the Site or salons through fraud, deception, or intimidation
   • Acts that defame or damage the reputation or credibility of another party
3. If a user violates any of the above, the Site may, without prior notice, suspend or terminate the user’s registration. The Site shall not be responsible for any damage incurred by the user as a result.

1. The Site shall not make any guarantees regarding the services provided by salons or the quality thereof.
2. The Site shall not be responsible for any damage (problems concerning appointments, transportation expenses, cancelation fees, etc.) suffered by users.
3. The Site shall not be responsible for damage caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters or communication failures.

1. The Site shall appropriately manage users’ personal data and use it only for providing appointment services and responding to inquiries.
2. When it is necessary to share personal data with third parties, the Site shall do so only after obtaining a user’s consent.
3. For the personal data of users outside Japan, the Site shall comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant applicable laws.

1. The Site may change the Terms of Use as necessary.
2. Changes to the Terms of Use shall take effect upon being announced on the Site.
3. By continuing to use the services after changes have been made, users shall be deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms of Use.

1. The Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
2. In any disputes arising between the Site and users, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance.
