Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelation of appointments

  1. Users may cancel by themselves an appointment with a nail salon they have made via the Site.
  2. The cancellation deadline varies by salon.
  3. No cancelation of an appointment shall be accepted on the day of the appointment or after the service has been provided.
  4. If a user is more than 15 minutes late for the scheduled appointment time, the appointment may be considered a no-show and may be cancelled.

2. Methods of cancelation

  1. Please do this from the cancel link on My Page.
  2. The user may be asked to enter a reason for canceling the appointment.
  3. Once the cancelation procedures are complete, the salon and the JAPAN NAIL BEAUTY Head Office will be notified accordingly.

3. Cancelation fees

  1. In the event of a cancelation, applicable cancelation fees shall be charged in accordance with the corresponding salon's rules and regulations.

4. Cancelation by the salon

  1. There might be a case in which a salon is forced to cancel an appointment.
  2. If the salon cancels an appointment, the corresponding user shall be notified immediately.
  3. In such cases, rescheduling and other arrangements shall be handled in accordance with the corresponding salon's rules and regulations.

5. Items to note

  1. Users may cancel their appointment request at their own discretion only before such request is confirmed by the salon.
  2. No cancelation of an appointment shall be accepted after the service has been provided.
  3. The Site shall not be responsible for any transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, or other expenses incurred by the user in the event of a cancelation.
  4. Users outside Japan should complete the cancelation procedures well in advance, given the time differences and potential for communication delays.
