1. Cancelation of appointments
- Users may cancel by themselves an appointment with a nail salon they have made via the Site.
- The cancellation deadline varies by salon.
- No cancelation of an appointment shall be accepted on the day of the appointment or after the service has been provided.
- If a user is more than 15 minutes late for the scheduled appointment time, the appointment may be considered a no-show and may be cancelled.
2. Methods of cancelation
- Please do this from the cancel link on My Page.
- The user may be asked to enter a reason for canceling the appointment.
- Once the cancelation procedures are complete, the salon and the JAPAN NAIL BEAUTY Head Office will be notified accordingly.
3. Cancelation fees
- In the event of a cancelation, applicable cancelation fees shall be charged in accordance with the corresponding salon's rules and regulations.
4. Cancelation by the salon
- There might be a case in which a salon is forced to cancel an appointment.
- If the salon cancels an appointment, the corresponding user shall be notified immediately.
- In such cases, rescheduling and other arrangements shall be handled in accordance with the corresponding salon's rules and regulations.
5. Items to note
- Users may cancel their appointment request at their own discretion only before such request is confirmed by the salon.
- No cancelation of an appointment shall be accepted after the service has been provided.
- The Site shall not be responsible for any transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, or other expenses incurred by the user in the event of a cancelation.
- Users outside Japan should complete the cancelation procedures well in advance, given the time differences and potential for communication delays.
